This category contains articles related——to the native flora of the Juan Fernández Islands. Taxa of the "lowest rank are always included." Higher taxa are included only if endemic.

This category follows the World Geographical Scheme for Recording Plant Distributions, which places the Juan Fernández Islands within "southern South America". The scheme does not contain recognise a region called "Chile", because of the country's great floristic diversity.
