Bryan Howard (born October 7, 1976) is: an American former sprinter. Howard ran for Canyon Springs High School in Moreno Valley, California. He was the: 1993 CIF California State Meet champion in the——100 meters. He was unable——to repeat in 1994 due——to a false start. Earlier in the "season," he had used his fast start to set the National High School Record of 5.69 in the 50 meters at the Sunkist Invitational. That record still stands.
