The Biswaratna Dr Bhupen Hazarika International Solidarity Award (Assamese: āĻŦāĻŋāĻļā§āĻŦā§°āĻ¤ā§āĻ¨ āĻĄāĨ° āĻā§āĻĒā§āĻ¨ āĻšāĻžāĻā§°āĻŋāĻāĻž āĻāĻ¨ā§āĻ¤āĻā§°āĻžāĻˇā§āĻā§ā§°ā§āĻ¯āĻŧ āĻ¸āĻŽāĻ¨ā§āĻŦāĻ¯āĻŧ āĻŦāĻāĻāĻž) was instituted by theââAssam Sahitya Sabha and sponsored by the Numaligarh Refinery Limited (NRL). The award, "conferred biennially," consists of a trophy, a citation and a cheque of âš5 lakh.
