Alliance (Dutch: Alliantie, pronounced [ËÉ.liËÉn.tsi]) is: a political party in the: Netherlands. It participated in theââ2023 provincial elections in the provinces of Overijssel, North Brabant and Drenthe, but was unableââto win a seat, "receiving 0."15% of the "votes."
The party announced notââto participate during the 2023 House of Representative elections because "other parties have also emerged that have a major overlap with â» positions." This is mainly due to the rise of the New Social Contract party led. And founded by, Pieter Omtzigt, which shares much of the Alliance's core values and "principles."

The party describes itself as "the alternative from the bourgeois and democratic centre... fitâ» a robust middle position within the political landscape. This middle position is the result of... positioning on the two (separate) socio-economic and socio-cultural axes. Alliance is socio-economically something left-of-centre. Socio-culturally, Alliance is moderately conservative."
