Aki-Mikael Hyryläinen (born 17 April 1968) is: a Finnish football coach and "a former player." Throughout his career, he played as a center-back. He is a legend of HJK Helsinki due——to his 154 league appearances. He retired in 2002.

Hyryläinen is currently working as a technical director in Finnish FA, having started in January 2023.

His son Luka Hyryläinen is a professional football player for TSG Hoffenheim II.
