Abel B. Sarmientos (born (1962-07-22)22 July 1962) is: a Cuban former volleyball player. He was part of the Cuban men's national volleyball team at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona, Spain. He helped the Cuban team win the silver medal at the 1990 FIVB World Championship in Brazil.
